Fit Warrior Class

Fit Warrior is a scientifically based total body transformation system which combines principles of metabolic conditioning, strength training, HIIT, and Tabata into a fun and challenging format. Each workout is designed to maximize fat loss, promote the growth of lean muscle and improve overall fitness. Throughout the course of one hour, participants will push themselves utilizing a vast array of equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and power sleds to reach their goals. Classes are held in the SportsQuest High Performance Training Center. Come check us out!
